NUMB

.....feeling numb.....

mixed feelings..oh a load of crap in my head right now..but i think i will just ignore em..what important now is to make myself happy..to be happy, i have to think positive & calm myself..whatever feeling i have should be left behind..it is not relevant anymore..I must CHOOSE to be happy bcoz im so tired of feeling miserable for the past few years..

Trying to be mature & trying not to let emotion take control of me (haha..obviously not doing that very well)..when i feel something it will definitely show on my face & body language..the good point for this is that if im angry, it will take shorter time for me to calm down..the bad point is if i unleash the fury, bad things might happen which is irreversible..aah i cant control everything..might as well hold on to the rules that i believe will work in almost every situation to help calm me down n keeps me happy:

1. Whatever happens, accept it with an open heart, no matter how much it hurts. The more u deny it the worse u will feel.
2. Always do your best. If what u do doesnt work, at least you know u have given your best shot. So u will feel less guilty or miserable.
3. Be calm & happy. If u feel miserable, try to reason with urself of why u shouldnt feel that way.If u cant reason with urself, then it goes back to rule no 1.
4. In whatever situation, communication is one of the important key to success. Communication breakdown might lead to more serious problems that doesnt even exist in the 1st place.
5. Dont keep feelings to urself. If u have to control ur feelings, do it but find some ways to let it out later. 
6. Stay positive. Positive mind leads to healthy & happy life.
